Um..can't really help you leveling-wise, 10-20 isn't hard, just join some act2 games. The rush I can easily do, whisper me sometime.

Here's what you do.

1-3 den,
4-15 trist,
16-20 tombs,
21-24 norm cows,
24-25 ancients,
Get rushed to act four hell,
25-60 chaos runs (hell),
61-99 hell baal.

That's all folks.
