I know this may seem like a stupid question. But, I've been trying for hours to get a hold of the original doom. I almost did, but they were non working copies. >_< If anyone can provide me with this, I will be eternally greatful. (I just got Skull Tag and it seems to be awesome, HELP!)

Doom is still the intellectual property of Id software, and giving a link or a place to download Doom would be against not only the rules and is also against the law. The problem is it is still sold by Id software, and while not worth the money, it is imoral to steal the game.

If you want it regardless, you can use a torrent site, and get the file off someone else, but not many people have Doom to trade.

I figured the other versions, like SNES and Sega Saturn, wouldn't interest you, as they are sub-standard as far as game quality went (not so much the case with the Saturn, but if you have the console, I'll give you a link to buy the game for it).

i got doom collectors edition with doom 1,2 and final doom to be run from windows and to be easily played in lan. tried it a couple of times, great experience

its not illigal, cause Doom is a freeware version.

Besides, it seems that copy right laws don't apply in Canada. Yay for legally downloading mp3's, movies and games.
