Region Codes ANd your ps2

So guys ive run into a problem maybe someone can help me with. I bought 3 games from ebay wihtout noticing they are PAL version ie made in the uk. THeir televisions and ps2 consoles are different from the ones here in the us. Our ps2 are NTSC and theirs PAL. So my ps2 wont play the PAL games. My seller did say and warn the buyer to make sure he could play the games, so it isnt her fault. She told me i could use an Action replay max to play the pal games but that has failed. Can anyone help me wihtout having to get a modded ps2?

Damn. Well a search i did once about the topic turned up a forum that had me search for a prog called codeseek and the prog turned out some kind of "codes" About 8 master codes and a "pal/ntsc" code. It said to put those into the action replay but i dont know how.
