Red Letters

Is it posable to make an item have red letters, like wirts leg when in the wrong dificulty.

What do you mean? The only items that can have red letters in 1.11 are items like: Mephistos Soulstone, Wirts leg, and A Jade Figurine, in 1.10, C3P0 bot could altar the colors of the names of items, but they would only be seen on your screen. Currently, there is no hack or editor that works on Closed Realm Battle.net. And if there is, you'll probly get banned for it very quickly. So the answer is right now, no there is not.
