how exactly does reanimate work on faith and tomb reaver, is it like revive that once you kill the mob is comes back as a returned?

It has a chance to reanimate a monster you just killed.
(for example) If tomb reaver has a 7% (i dont know exact..and im not going to check) then you have a 7% chance of reanimating that one fallen or whatever you just killed.

and how long does reanimate last for, tomb reaver is 10%, faith is 10%. can a merc trigger reanimate effect, and does the freshly reanimated mob have any special stats, like increased life, or damage.

They draw enemies away from you, which is the only thing ive liked about it.

with thorns and amp, any minion becomes a useful pet. anyone know how long they are reanimated for
