when i bot every 20 runs i get realmdown now
does this mean bliz knows i bot? or is it caused by something else? should i turn up the wait time on my bot?

Yes, turn it up to 10 seconds I think.

if you are using the jhj bot, theres a way to fix that , use the serch button and serch for jhj realm down, you should find how to stop it there

p.s. 9901 runz and still going 2 and 1/2 days :-D and i only have my pickit to pick up the leet items i think i only have 4-7 items on it not including runez

its not jhj, I use D2jsp.
