Rate these weap effects (which is best?):

1. Um 25% Chance of Open Wounds
2. Lo 20% Deadly Strike
3. Ber 20% Chance of Crushing Blow

Each one is good for a certain thing..CB is best for Ubers..OW for duels..and DS for normal pvm gameplay

It's pretty hard to say unless you tell us what you use it on. Open Wounds works wonders in melee duels where you hit each other once in a while, such as Zeal duels and WW duels. Deadly Strike is generally better if you already have fairly high physical damage since it doubles the damage, but it doesn't work with Smite. Crushing Blow is awesome against targets with high life since it takes off a certain fraction of their remaining life, so it works well against melee druids and barbs, and against bosses in PvM.

Best...thats a matter of opinion really...overall. My fav, and most Useful I think is Open wounds if your a high level, and Crushing blow about all the time. Ide take Crushing blow over anything though, cause even if you do 100 dmg...you can still take down a big bad Boss in like 20 successful hits(I think its 1/20 of there max life...could be wrong) Open wounds ive found can be QUITE useful at high levels...where you are doing like an extra 100 dmg a second for like a few seconds and doing like thousands of blood dmg...Especially if you rarely hit anyway...like Zeal pallys(as mentioned earlier)

So to answer simply... Crushing blow IMHO

It depends on the situation, bust most of the time 25% ow is the best. Next would be ds, and then cb

For the ubers CB is the best the % live removed is just sweet also if you use smite DONT use LO for the DS% cus it DONT work with smite!

um has 25% chance compared to the 20% chance of other runes. id go with um.
