i know people who have perf anhis... i only know one guy who has found one himself - the rest payed a handfull of runes for one. Although many times people look for 20/20/xx so perfect isnt always wanted.

20 to all attributes is very good but your exp gain is low. so i give it a 7

any anni is good, but cell yours is nice compared to what i've seen i'll give it a 9.2

i'll give it a 7.5 coz attributes and resistances are good, and I personally dont need the exp gain bonus

I'm not stupid... in my original post, I said "they" - "they" being Arreat Summit. They get all their info from tons of people sending them info and pictures. I am well aware that show all variables.. because of all the people that send in stuff.

actually, THEY create the items that are ingame, and THEY know what items are in THEIR mpq files
