Racisim on gaming

Does anybody see racism on b.net or xbox live or any other internet gaming society? I personally think its sad for some people that have racist problems.

It would be nice if you can post some pictures on any game as evidence on racisim. Heres one.

I am not racist and try not to use racist words, but I consider myself a nerd and wouldn't be scared to call a black person nigger, just not that ignorant.

Haven't we already had a thread like this? Well, I know it's just a coincidence but the only black(He looks african American) teacher in my school is in my opinion the most funny teacher I've ever met. In assembly he very loud and makes everyone laugh he keeps boasting (in a funny way) how gorgeous he is and how smart he is. The thing is that he manages to get his point across while being funny at the same time, I hope I get him for lessons some day, I think he teaches english and his name is Mr.English (pretty ironic huh?).

I think nigga is just a abrievation made into a big deal, maybe if people stopped making a big deal out of stuff maybe words like nigga and paki might be a normal thing to say without it being treated a racist act of hostility. I still don't use the words as I know they can be pretty offensive to some people.

I mean if there is a conflict between 2 people of different races, one of them get jumped on for being a racist, I know some people are predigest but isn't treating the minority different an act of racism in its self? If they really want to tackle racism they have to treat everyone the same, not be any more or less harsh on the ethnic offender.

in this one game(mmorpg) there was a gang-type group that was from brazil(they had something like bz in their names) and they went around kill stealing and drop stealing. I got into a huge argument, three with me and 5 against me. i won though.

Here's a question, and I really don't want to start a new thread about it. Black people like to be called African-Americans because it's politically correct. Going off that logic, shouldn't white people be called European-American, or Anglo-Americans, depending on where they are from. If not, isn't that just a double standard? Also, I believe South Africa is prominently white. If one were to move to America and become a citizen, that would be a true African-American. Kind of weird if you think about it.

I guess the point I am trying to make is that racism is created by trying to seperate ourselves into seperate groups. Why can't we just classify ourselves as Americans?

The Majority will always use racism to gain power and the minority will always use racism to gain rights. Eventually, the rights of the minority will surpass the majority and things will change. But then, the new minority will do the same thing, gaining more rights than the majority. Eventually, things will level out. But... that'll be in a long time.

In gaming, racism does not exist. People who act racist while gaming are just kidding around or they're just trying to express their real opinions. I'm white. Someone creates a game called "2v2 no crackas" and I wouldn't flinch. It's a freaking game. Get over it.

I'm not racist, so anything i say i say without meaning any harm in it, but theres always a chance i'll say somthing that offends someone even tho i ment no harm in it, they were looking for racism they found it, i wasnt i didn't.

ive been called a cracker and a leprechaun(sp?) so many times i bet i dont hear it half the time anymore. i dont see how words can really get to people like that. i mean, black people call other black people "******s" but white people cant...that makes no sense. in high school a girl called me a cracker and so i called her a ****** and she was appauled. i dont see how racism can only work one way. i still dont go around calling black people ******s and stuff just because its obvious they dont like it, its just why they dont like it which is kind of stunning to me.
