Quick re-roll question

Ok, I've been re-rolling hell GCs for skills for a while.

But...can you re-roll SCs for 3/20/20s?? I'm not even sure if those SCs are legit or not.

Anyone know anything about this??

if u find a gc off a high lvl monster and u cube it with a high lvl char say a lvl 99 monster (baal) drops a gc. then a lvl 95 char (you) tries to re roll it. u have a better chance than a lvl 1 person to roll a skiller gc

don't forget that skill gc's are not that high of ilvl. most people recommend getting the gc from nightmare so the re-rolls exclude a lot of the high ilvl but relatively unwanted mods.
