Does anyone know if battlelan works with Sacred game?

I meant if i can connect over battlelan like it can with WC3. My friend has the game and we wanted to play over lan but dont know how and theres no way of putting his IP in the game. I know that battlelan works over lan with tcp/ip and was wondering if it would work the same with Sacred.
