does the meph bot folders have to be in the same folder as d2hackit in order for it to work?

Make sure you read through the read-me again and tell us what kind of bot your using ie: 0.91, d2jsp

hmmm... no, no it dose not. get the zip and extract it on your desktop, it should make a file called mephbot0.91 or something. And you just configure the mephbot.ini file. And open the //-\\ icon (A), if your talknig about d2jsp just reinstall it and change the settings. And i think the d2hackit crap comes with mephbot0.91.
