what location is dropship , overlord , and protoss thingy in?
Low Air
Mid Air
High Air

It depends what terrain they are over.

Correct, if the dropship, overlord, or shuttle is over terrain like grass or dirt, they are under the Low air.

If they are over terrain like high grass or high dirt, they are under the mid air.

If they are over terrain like high compound or high outpost, they are under the high air.

Also a note: In-Transit buildings are in High Air.

Only if they are under the terrain:
High Basilica, High Temple, High Outpost, High Compound
I haven't done much testing with this yet because I haven't really used these specific location type. I've always just uncheck the elevation ones or uncheck the air ones.
