I have a fireball sorc. If my merc uses obedience (-25% To Enemy Fire Resistance) will that work for me? (i.e. will anything i attack have -25% fire res?) Ty

Yea i dont think it will either
if i remember correctly, the -25 fire res will only apply to the merc. unless it's an aura such as conviction, it will not help you (only helps merc).
this is similar to the lightning facets and a trap sin's traps, the traps do not benefit from the facets because they are considered summons (unless this changed since patch -_-")
