Question on my orb sorc

Ok my sorc has orb, cold mast, and icebolt maxed of course, i also have like 6 into static and 1 into mana shield and its pre.. Now i know what the guids say is to put points into warmth but i was wondering if i only put a couple into warmth and the rest into lighting nova and light mast. this will take care of any cold imuned. just let me know what you guys think

Well, to properly build an orb sorc, you must do the following:

No Energy. Period.
20 Warmth
20 Ice Bolt
20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
No Energy Shield. Energy shield is good only when you have alot of mana.

A few points in the Lightning tree will NOT be enough to kill cold immunes. I suggest getting a very strong merc.

^Exactly what I said in my guide, no need to repost.

If you truly want to be able to take out cold immunes alone, Max ThunderStorm and Lightning mastery instead of warmth and Ice Bolt or Cold Mast. This will, however, make both your elements weak.
