Question on items

How do you people remember what items are without iding them, with like rares i have to check arreat summit every yellow drop to see if its elite or not, does it just come with time or is there a faster way/better list?

more damage/defence = higher ranked item.

yeah i played a long time (kinda just restated) but i baisically know anyunique that drops without IDing it....but rares...there just random. sets are pretty easy to know too. as was stated by lee it comes with time
