Question, isnt botting illegal?

im not saying its true ive just heard about it and heard that tey can ban your d2 account or cd key or w/e.

sum1 plz tell me, is this is wut happens if you r caught botting?

Yes botting is against the blizzard EUL, but its very hard for battle.net to verify that the said individual is botting, due to it being just random mouse clicks, and key strokes.

Not random clicks, and no botting is not "illegal," the FBI isn't going to come arrest you and seize your house. It's simply in violation of the EULA, which you agreed to, giving Blizzard the right to ban your accounts and keys.

well ya i know not "illegal" like break8ing the laws but i didnt know if it was against bnet rules.
