Question about warcraft and WoW

I have to admit that the first break in my interest of warcraft III has come. I want to start WoW and level a hero there but I can't do it from home. If i play from public places it will be ok but i dont have time to play for more than 1-2 hours WoW per week or two.
Since I have the disks and good connection to play warcraft, i will not stop for now even though i don't play with that great interest. We'll continue the tournaments though. This is the only way to have interest in this section. Much better than thinking of new topics. As i already said WoW has more topics to discuss than Warcraft. I want to finish this tourney because the next will be even more successful and ineteresting. Afterall, i'll not leave warcraft section like that

DM/Roland/Pan, i'm sure if you've played WoW you'd get so addicted that considering playing warcraft will be a joke. Blizzard has a reputation for producing games ahead of its time making any other game hard to get into provided it's along the same type of game.

As for DP: you'll get sucked in XD for $70 every 6 months, you better damn well be playing the game.

Everyone seems to forget thefact I played the freaking beta for a long time, and i just couldn't play it anymore, cause it really sucked. added to the fact 180$ a year is retarded.

You are right, I havent started it but I cannot play that much in public places anyway.

I played the OB. I was absolutely disgusted with the entire game. I uninstalled it 3 days later. No, I didn't go into it with low expectations, I expected a game to rival some of the already good ones out there, and it sucked my ass out too hard, so I got rid of it.

I'm playing WoW, really like it at the moment. The game is still new enough that I can get some good "griefing" in, and blame it on me being new if I get called on it. Kinda fun getting your whole group wiped on purpose =P The only thing that sucks is the PvP aspect.

I played OB WoW and I dispised it, much like Tweak. There are much better MMORPGS out there, and it was good of Blizzard to try and compete with them, but for $170/year at that quality? If I was payin' $170/year for a game it damn well better have a sexual hole in the side and serve me a beer at my request.

Hey, if your entire clan is moving to WoW, and you have the money.. what the heck, right? A bunch of them were in closed beta, and are cleaning up right now, 2 in the 40's and a bunch more around level 30 or so, the game is actually fun to play, when you have competent friends to play with. Much like Warcraft 3.

The CD has a hole in it... It's just kinda small so you might ruin the cd and not be able to play.
