Question about Sig images

Are you allowed to have like a flash movie in your sig with the right pixels, but the size is "Not Available"? I mean, I upload on Angelfire and my image comes up as "Not Available". Does that mean I can make them any size as long as they fit pixel size?

.swf is not even a valid extention.....

And trust me, it is possible to find the size one day.
