does anyone know how players get a ebotd cb above 400%ed cuz players say that the max is 400 but my friend traded and got a 406% ed ebotdcb and the guy he traded had another one wit 412% ed

A Wepon can have up to 15% ed on it just because it is superior, which means the max is 415ed
