Question about D2 Loader.

Is it safe? I've seemed to put my CD in some dark corner of the house, and I can't find it. Do I have to use D2 Loader or is it not safe enough? Or is there another way besdies buying another CD?

as far as i know d2 loader wont get you banned, but you need your cd's to get it working, unless you can find someone nice enough to send the files needed.
