Question about d Clone

when it sais that soj's were sold to merchants and your in a game while it sais that, will the d clone show up in your game or is it just luck for which he shows in?

the soj counter tells you if the game is in a hot ip, then if it keeps going up (by alot) then dclone might come

I know they do, I just wouldn't do it. I figure the dupers can get Dclones running really quickly so I don't have to sell any SoJ's of mine to get a chance at Dclone.

thats usually what happens tho. some newb just found a new soj and wanted to get an anni so they sold it.
