Question about 2 accounts on same IP

My brother(not the one who got flamed or the mod on EoN) but another brother wants to join the forum, but the problem is, we both share the same pc, what can we do if he wants to join the forums too?

Would I get banned for creating multiple accounts? A mod's opinion would be nicer then mike just saying "Yes ."

If we're sure its another person, which wouldnt be too difficult, then no you wouldnt be banned. Now that youve stated your brother is going to make another account, no problems should occur.

The only reason multiple users on the same or similar are suspected is because when multiple accounts are used to attack BattleForums, such as mass spamming, that IP can be banned.

He can join, but make sure he doesn't get that IP IP banned.*
