Question About 1.10

I heard that to play in 1.10 ladder games, you have to make a new character and 1.10 ladder characters cant be with normal characters. Wouldn't this almost restart D2 like when it first came out, and Windforces ran on ebay for hundreds of dollars? If so, I think i'm going to be doing a lot of MFing on ladder...

This is the reason everyone's looking forward to ladder, no more dupes/hacked items. No uber characters that legits cant start over. and NO more expensive currency (its hard to get your first 10 3/20/20s unless you bot or buy of items sites). Its going back to perfect gems as the 50 cent piece, perfect skulls as the $1 bill, and some common low lvl runes as the $5. Runes will be worth less on ladder because of the enhancing recipies...

Er....I don't know if i'm right or not but didn't he say you have to start over so MFing now wouldnt really matter for the Ladder 1.10 (I'm not sure if im right).
