Q-tips

I was cleaning my ears with q-tips and i guess i went abit far and damn near threw up all over the place.... I gagged then just coughed a skeet load.

so what I am trying to ask is.... anyone ever gag from puttin the Q-tip to far into your ear?

You can damage your eardrum if it goes in too far, but that was probably from eating bad food or something :tnt

Your right in a sense, I had metal rings inside my ears when I was young and then a large piece of red and black wax comes out and when I scrape it off, my ear tube is there (I was born with an ear infection, but I am now over it.)

I love Q-Tips. They are like a back scratcher for the ears.

I thought I read somewhere or heard something that Q-tips were never really ment for peoples ears because they push wax deeper into your ear. Regardless I use them and they feel goooooood..

I heard q-tips can be bad for your ears. Although your cleaning some of the wax out of your ears, your also pushing some deeper into your ear. If you do this on a daily basis, it could really mess up your ears.

You can buy this liquidy stuff that you pour in your ear and after a little bit of time wax starts to pour out. I clean my ears all the time and when I used it I was kinda freaked out at how much is deep deep in your ear.
