Q aboot dupe method

I have looked on alot of website and the mojority of them had the zon/necro lag dupe, just wondering if it actually work and if it does could someone send me the PROPER way to exicute the method

I have tryed that dupe so many times, (When it came out) About 60 Attempts and 2 success, Not even worth it.
