Hello, welcome to the PvP guide thread. You can post anything about PvP help/startegies and what not but keep it simple. Here is my paladin guide.
Combat:
When in combat, be sure to use these keys: '1', '2', '3' and '5'. 3 Is the most powerful one there. 1 and 2 Both should be used before key '3'.
Healing:
I think healing spell '5'. Try to use this when you have to. Otherwise the damage they do can kill with one hit.
Rezzing:
Rezzing is the hardest part. You'll mainly be attacked. Try to do it if they are concentrating on something else.

While your using the premade paladin, it doesn't matter what armor/weapons you pick. Right before the game starts—after the loading screen, quickly hit key '7'. It is 'Mending' An enchantment which gains +3 health all within range! Combat:
