PVP Blizzard Sorc Dexterity Question

Is max block important for this type of sorc?

I'm thinking yes, but then again i could be wrong.
Just making sure

not really cause in pvp you really wanna avoid any melee confrontation. so i advise put what u need in dex but not max block rate.

Baiscally what Trojan Man said. Put enough for your gear and to have a decent blockrate. But chances are good it won't help a whole lot if you max it out or anything.

What I do is go for 50% block and the rest into life. That way you can maybe take 1or 2 hits blocked and still tele or whatever.

for my blizz pvp sors i use 75% -- it rox vs pvm also rox in pvp-- I use Whistan jahed

enough dex to use your equipment, nothing more

nowadays, people are so good more than 1 or 2 hits to a sorc=death anyways, just remember to teleport away from their attacks more...

i would say that max block is ALWAYS a good thing, but since its a sorc its not as important since spells are ranged

The way I used to look at it is if you're good enough you won't get hit so you won't need any dex, but if you suck then you might want a little bit at least for zons and the like.

True, I didn't put any dex into my old sorcy and she did fine on europe. Best known bliz on there baby ;D If you tele fast enough no one can hit you, and with an awesome merc you'd be unstoppable.

though he suggests the use of "enigma", he still insisted on maxing block

only reason for max block imo would be blocking zon's arrow, and well, just get fastest cast rate frame, tele around like crazy and cast blizzard on random spot or on zon, thats how I do it...

That's a luck-based method though. Really if you want a for sure chance of living I suggest maxing block with as little into dex as you can put, but if you need the vit then put your points there instead.
