It depends. If that CD is your own then no. If you do not, then it is.

Also I am thinking this is warez because there is a similiar thing you can do with the gamecube (which is illegal and I won't get into details). Either way this really doesn't have a place as the author can't provide a link and this does not belong in the Asylum.
