Now they build it on Shakuras.

But, still. They STILL warp in buildings/units (in classic campaign) when you fight them on Aiur. Where are THESE buildings coming from?

I always found it funny to imagine a Protoss commander fighting a war with his troops disappearing (being warped by someone). :)

Aiur wasn't destroyed, per se. The zerg partially assimilated the planet. Hmmm, maybe the protoss do warp buildings from Shakuras now.

They are coming from a different location on Aiur. They just move from place to place.

While on Shakuras, you still wapr buildings from Aiur. Remember when Artanis tells you in one mission that they can't send any StarGates form Aiur? They just have all these guys waiting and don't think to send their huge reserves of warriors and ships that fuel their civilization across the galaxy to own the Zerg while they're there.

They prob have huge factories, and they que them up once they're done, you know, one is done, so they slap a beacon on it so when some commander calls in for one, they punch in the local of the newest one with a beacon, and off it goes. It really doesn't matter.

Zealot "Hmmm....you ever wonder how we get here?"
Templar "Dumb ass, we're warped here"
Zealot "Yeah, but..."
Killed by Zergling
Templar "...dumbass"

The Zerg own the Protoss when their shields and weapons suddenly fizzle out for no revealed reason, i.e. Fenix.

I guess they just have Protoss people working on building stuff all the time on Aiur and troops just sit there being warped across a distance that would normally take many years if travelling the speed of light. Or maybe Blizzard just thought it would be really cool and didn't want to waste time thinking of an incredibly detailed and believable description of how the buildings or Aiur are created and warped, :p.
