Yup, yup, I've decided to make my first ever UMS map although I know my ways around it. I'm still a newby, but thats not a surprise since I usually melee. But since I've gotten requests from my members at my forums to try and make a map, I've decided to do just that. First off, its called Special Defense. Why you ask? Well, it revolves around several defenses:
*Lurker
*Cannon
*Turret
*Sunken
*Marine
*Ghost

How do you get these defences? Well, i got my idea from a game where you can use cannons and heroes. Thats kinda of my idea.
So basically, I'm going to get started on the map layout, which is already on my mind. I am not using SCMDraft since I cannot use it. I rather use SCXtra-editor. Its much easier.

Pretty much, you have to guard your Pylon. If it gets destroyed by the evil forces then you lose. Obvious I know but since its my first game, I've decided to make something that exists.

I'd like to hear youre "new" idea in the map. Every map must have something new to it that no other map has.
BTW, Welcome to BattleForums. I hope you like it here and become an active and devoted poster here even though you have your own boards.

Well yes. I am rather busy at my boards right now. But whats new is that you can battle any one else on the map by mass attacking. But the game ends either when everyone but one person is left on the map or when the Cpu die. Thats probably been done but I still want that to be unique in my game.
