Program to scratch on computer?

I need to find a program where I can scratch / turntable shit with JUST MY MOUSE and needing nothing else. Like, I can take this program, get my songs from my computer and scracth straight from that.

Theres a bunch of shit I can buy for like 500+ that i can do that with, but for the most part I'm not in the mood to spend that much money.
