Try using ISOM, not recommended or GUEdit. GUEdit can make perfectly square tiles, but if u accidentaly drag, sometimes makes them somewhere else on the map, so ull have to check over your map. :fwink

I got the same problem. I would recommed using ISOM is you are not trying to get different square terrain close by another one of the different type (example dirt and water) because it messes up. If you wanted perfect squares I would use GUEdit but be careful, its very laggy, pops up were u didnt click it, and you need a lot of patience to use it. Good luck

SCM draft is by far the best program for using square terrain out of everything i have tried.

before that I have used ISOM, which is buggy, and I never got tile edit to work. but like bolt said, damn, I haven't heard of that in a LONG time

Not anymore! StarForge will be out in under 4 hours and it does square terrain perfectly and quickly! Click the image in my signature to go to my website!

By the way, TileEdit is for editing tilesets, not making square terrain.

Bolt: Yes. And with thousands of tiles in each tileset, I doubt that anyone has made a new one. It would be cool to see some new doodads though...

Well i would make new ones so i could make a signacture in the terrain. But i assume you would need a mod to do that. (the sig would be like 3x2 or something)

Hey installed Starforge v 1.2b and i went to open it and it comes up with error unlocking starforge.dll and it says this is brobally caused by downloading an olderversion of an file so i redownloaded it from a diffrent site and it comes up with the message again. what is the problem with this? and a person on b.net just said to reinstall sc i got broodwar as well installed if that would affect it ?
