PROBLEM JOINING GAMES

I HAVE A DSL CONNECTION AND WHEN I TRY TO JOIN INTERNER GAMES THE CONNECTION HAS PROBLEMS.LIKE 'UNABLE TO JOIN'

I DISABLED MY FIREWALL AND MY ANTIVIRUS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED?

i'm trying to play nba live 2003

are you using a router?

yes, i am using a router and i am the second user.
i cant even join backgammon games at pogo.com

check your security settings on your router. either your router is not letting the computer have control, or your routers firewall is on high. see if theres any setting changes you can make on the router. also, try and see if you can connect to anything without the router if that works, the its definately your router that is the problem.
