I think that should only apply for forum posts, not PMs.

This would possibly be better in Forum Support or Forum Suggestions, not Chit-Chat. I hardly ever get PM's so it does not bother me at all. I get the opposite, the ones with normal messages.

Back when my name was Master Virus there's this person named mohomad that mass pmed and emailed me. So there should be a pm interval. The PM interval shouldn't apply to moderators and above for warning reasons.

I have 273. Deleted a lot after learning the email I got from BF saying that my box was full and that all the pmers got their pms back. I think the max should be 500.

Flood control, to prevent PMing bots like we have seen in the past.

I have 345, and in my life, I think I wouldn't be surprised to have over 1000 in total.

I have 161 I think. As the months have gone by I have found I don't really need to use the private messaging system due to AIM/MSN and ventrilo.
