Pricing help

Theres a few items out there I find difficult to get some real answers on.I'm kinda new to online d2 and I dont know a few things still.Anyone know the rates in terms of sojs on the following items:

coa 2os
cold gc
pcomb gc
rends 40+ & 50+
vex runes
ebotd war pike 400%+
maras(20 is fine)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!Also wtf is a fletch and fathom? I looked on bnet and couldnt find them... :hbut

fletch= Amaggedon Fletch (rare ammy realy good) dont know the fathom i dont play d2 anymore just run a leveling service.
