Price Check:

I need a folloing price check for the following items. Ladder, East. Softcore please!

Soj.
Bul-Kathos Ring (Low %)
Thunderstroke.
Arachnids Mesh (Low)

Reason being is, I really, really need an soj, and a BK Ring for my sorceress. And if I can get the proper pricetag for each well..it makes my job easier.
