Power Level Question

When i was around before 1.10 YOu could PL some1 through normal, nightmare, hell easily and not excede 10. Yet when some dude was trying to PL me in normal, we got to the ancients and i could not pass, i could not take his TP to the WP either.. Must i be level 20 to progress? Or am i missing something?

You need to be level 20 to progress to the Ancients, then you can kill them, then you can do Ball and so forth. 40 in Nightmare, and 60 in Hell, I believe. They put that forth in 1.10 to halt rushing, or to make it a bit more difficult for people who want to be rushed. I think they want people to play through the game regularly. Of course, that won't ever happen.

just skip the ancients. Have your rusher(friend or not) just go straight to Baal in normal, and Nightmare. It's how you get through without having to do each quest.

ive seen lvl 20 people in a hell game so there is a way to get rushed or move on to hell at a low level....

Yes, but most people don't know how to do it. It eludes me thus far, but i used to know how. Originally, I igured you killed yoursevf to death so hat your level would go down a huge margin, then you could level back up faster in a mkore diffcult area.

We tried, i couldn't enter WP of Worldstone unless i had gotten ancient quest... anybody know the trick!?!?

K first join a game such as "Baal for Quest" then have a high level friend join the same game. Make sure there is someone in the game who doesnt have the baal quest. Then have your highlevel friend kill baal (and the person who doesnt have the baal quest must also get quest) You just stay in town. Then you will get quest.
