Potrals from Orcs to Humans (or Elfs to Humans) ?

I would like to know if someone could send me a map of some kind with the portals of the world so I can TELEPORT BACK TO Elwyn Forest. I used a portal on the western side of the place the dwarf classes start the game, and I got teleported to the other huge island of the Game World, in Durotar and cannot teleport back. Any help?

i walk in them but i just keep going they must be broked for me
