3 Perfect Gems and the Charm in the cube, transmute and cross your fingers.

It usually takes many roles to get a +skills GC, but I average 4-5 re-rolls. I think it's worth it, heck everyone leaves the gems behind anyway, so it's easy to find them.

Also, they don't have to be the same type. And only use charms from HELL. They give you the best chance.

For charms, you want to be on hell so you have a high ilvl. Hell cows probably drops the most charms, and if you look in a chest past act 3 you can find ones with the best stats.

Rings, ammys, pindle meph or andy

Runes nm countess, hell countess, forge, or high concil depending on what rune you need

Gems, any forge or cows

They have higher ilvl's which alow more, better stats to be rerolled on them, sigh... why am i even helping you...
