Windows. I use object dock. If you've seen the bars on macs it's basically that for windows.

</3 Windows.. Gonna go back to linux next weekend.

I'll describe mine


Mine is basically Longhorn skin, with nature-themed wallpaper (really good, I highly recommend it, heres the URL)


And as for the icons, they're all related to my school work, which I will be cleaning out as soon as my summer course is over
