-T's get a rocker launcher because the CT get the cheap ass shield

They should have the sv_airmove command in source, right now theres no way you can b-hop in it.

The ideal Counter-Strike:

• No lag/latency (video or network)
• Accurate hitboxes and decent netcode (unlikely, but a must for an ideal CS)
• Abolishment of all cheats
• Players begin playing on maps other than dust, dust2, and aztec

And a more 1.3 feel would be nice, too.
