Possible working dupe?

I saw a site spammed on d2 www.ipanda-graphics.com that sells items and i went and looked and they say they having a working dupe. it says its for closed realms and all this otehr stuff check it out

Kinda looks to good to be true , im sure there is a working program not sure if this is one of them very good chance its just like e-bay SCAM. Let mods review the site and details.

I hate people that try and scam others out of money, items are fine, because its a game, but REAl money, thats just wrong... Sorry had to vent my anger, peace.
