Possible Avatr frame problem?

i've noticed the frames around the Avatars in some of the forums here, (mainly diablo) and they look to be missing a top section, is this a Vb bug or can you not put something above it? i've atached an image for an example

it must be your broswer f***king up. btw, your SIG is aver the limit. please change it immediately.

hmm, is there supposed to be a top bar? because on all the sites with Vb it doesn't work, and i'll change my sig
