Pop ups and ads

My brothers were playing games on the computer..Games on like cartoonnetwork.com where you have to download crap and it gives your some ads and stuff. Well i deleted some of it but i still get like 3 pop-ups every time i open a new browser. I have searched and gotten rid of what I can..One of the things is N-Case which i know you can get from NG, and if you want to uninstall it you have install something else so how can i get rid of these. Another ad thingy is it underlines one of the words on a site and turns it into a link to take you somewhere about the word heres a SS:

What about the programs that wont let you delete them?

You can at least quarantine them so that they cannot run.

It has nothing to do with 50free.com it does it on every site. But i think i got rid of that..But i still got pop ups..My mom wants to buy a pop-up blocker who knows any good popup blockers that wont like block something that you click on if there is anything like that.

Why would one buy a pop up blocker? They are so easy to find...

I mean if you don't like to get warez all you have to get is a new browser. IE is like the only one that doesn't have a built in pop up blocker.
