Some one tell me how to post a poll...not vote in a pole??? Thanks

there is an option when you make a new thread to attach a poll.

After you click "Make New Thread" and do all of that, there are a few option boxes below the message box (Where you type your new thread). There is one that says "Post A Poll" right under "Attach And Image."
