Pokemon Rom Question...

I am playing pokemon Ruby/Spahire and when i start a new game it says low on battery or dry battery or something.. help? any 1 know what to do to make it run properly?

i need help with ps2 emaluators, i cant find any guides to help me get it to work and where do i get the games to play?

There are no working PS2 emulators for complete games.

I think it should be allowed to attach emulators since they dont contain anything that could be considered Warez. They even clearly point that out in the readme file. An emulator is just a program and that is all.
