Hit the "User CP" tab at the top of this page, and start hitting the "Edit" tabs until you edit what you want.
I seem to remember there is a size limit to your avatar, so you may need to brouse your files until you find something that fits.

Wheres a good place to get one? Is the avatar the one under your name or under your sig?

It's the picture under the user name, ie... my dancing mouse.
As far as where to find one, I farmed mine from some web site somewhere.
Look around, I'm sure you'll see something somewhere that says, "This is me".
Save it, and put it here.

well, if you already have one, if the other things suggested do not work, make sure it is within the guidlines (pixell size and Kb size)

ps a retinal scan is a scan of your retina, hense the name, the retina is a pert of your eye, a retinal scan is even more accurate than fingerprints

it's very annoying. not really spam, but that's what cerebral sees it as, i guess because you just said the same thing over and over in your post rather than, say, explaining your situation more thoroughly. like saying what sort of avatar you would like, and where to find that type of avatar.

Cheezes christ! It's not THAT hard. Even I cud do it... Go to the CP, to the section called Edit options, scroll down to Other options, then Avatar. Plot in the URL to your av, and voilà.

Btw: The pics in your sig doesn't work.
