Well you didn't need to make a new post but... What he said is correct. I'm not sure on the exact number but what happens is you go to the time slot and you enter in number X (I'm not sure) and then you click somehting like the cost for minerals and it should go to 0 (I think right then), then click okay. If you go back to there, you will have to do it again, so once you change it don't do it all at once. Also, if all else fails, try GU Edit 3.6. I've never used it, but I believe it has the ability of setting "instant ups".
