Hey guys,
I have downloaded the latest patch for Frozen Throne but when I try to install it I get the following errors:

ERROR: unable to get write permission on file 'C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\war3.exe'
Access is denied.

ERROR: unable to get write permission on file 'C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\worldedit.exe'
Access is denied.

RESULT: Patch failed

What can I do to resolve this problem. I downloaded the patch in order to play the Act II and III of the bonus campaign and it took a while (3 hours) since I have a 56k modem so I'm really desperate now to play the two additional acts. :)

If I remember correctly I got the same error message (the first one) when I installed FT but somehow it didn't interfere so I could go on and complete the installation and play it.

Thanks in advance for your help!

That might possibly mean that the user you have logged in as, doesn't have the correct permissions to access the file. If you are running Windows 2000, a simple solution would be to log in as the admin account. In windows XP you might experience similar problems.
